Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Eduvise AI Private Limited (CIN: U85500KA2026PTC217148) ("Eduvise") is committed to providing high-quality education and career guidance services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for paid services on the Eduvise platform.

Please read this policy carefully before making any payment. By completing a payment, you agree to the terms below.

2. Free Services

The following services are completely free and require no payment:

  • Resume Builder (basic tier)
  • Ask Eduvise AI (limited questions)
  • Initial consultation enquiry / booking form submission

No refund policy applies to free services.

3. Career Guidance & Tutor Sessions

Cancellation before 24 hours

Full Refund

If you cancel a booked session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund of the session fee.

Cancellation within 24 hours

50% Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers the expert's reserved time.

No-show (student)

No Refund

If you do not attend the session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

No-show (tutor / expert)

Full Refund

If the assigned tutor or expert fails to attend the session, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary re-session at your preference.

Session quality issue

Case-by-case

If you are genuinely dissatisfied with a session due to quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours of the session with specific feedback. We will review and may offer a partial refund or a free replacement session at our discretion.

4. Resume Builder (Paid Tier)

  • If you have paid for a premium resume feature and it has not been used or downloaded, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
  • No refund will be issued after the resume has been generated and downloaded.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your name, booking reference / transaction ID, and reason for refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (UPI / bank account / card).

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund requested after the stipulated window has passed.
  • Session was completed and no quality complaint raised within 48 hours.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension.
  • Change of mind after a session has been conducted.
  • Technical issues on the user's own device or internet connection.

7. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate by emailing our Grievance Officer at consulting@eduvise.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law clause in our Terms of Service.

8. Policy Changes

Eduvise AI Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We recommend checking this page periodically.
